Terms of Service
By using DDraw you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Who can use DDraw
You must be at least 13 years old. [CONFIRM minimum age] You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- harass, threaten or bully other people;
- post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits anyone;
- impersonate another person, a moderator or the DDraw team;
- spam or flood rooms and chat, or try to evade bans and mutes;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or abuse bugs.
Moderators and the operator may remove content, mute or ban users, or close accounts at any time, with or without notice, to keep the service safe.
Your content
You own the art and other content you create. By drawing, uploading or posting on DDraw you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, display and transmit that content as needed to run the service, including showing it to other users in rooms and the gallery. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies that remain briefly in backups or that others have already received. You promise you have the right to post what you post.
Supporter purchases
- Supporter is cosmetic only (for example a gold name). It does not unlock any drawing advantage.
- Monthly plans renew automatically and you can cancel any time from the billing portal in the Supporter dialog. You keep Supporter status until the end of the period you paid for.
- One-time purchases grant a fixed period of Supporter status and do not renew.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Refunds are given on request within 14 days of purchase. [CONFIRM refund policy]
- If your account is banned for breaking these terms, Supporter status may be removed without a refund. [CONFIRM]
The service as is
DDraw is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that your drawings, messages or account will never be lost. Keep your own copies of work you care about. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service. We will update the date above. You can stop using DDraw and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
